I offer a lifetime warranty on almost everything. The exception is watch or bracelet straps, for reasons of hygiene they should be changed once a year.
This guarantee is beyond words. I would be lying if I said that in 30 years there were no problems from our side. And each time we have resolved them in favor of the client, often at a loss. Thus, customers returned for purchases in 90% of cases.
My dream is to have such a service in any field. Honest, reliable, without red tape and with love for each client.
Lifetime Warranty – What does it cover?
The guarantee applies to the stitching first, but in any case we will never let a customer down and we will always meet you half way. If the metal part breaks, we will replace it at our expense. If you want to improve the product because the thread gets dirty or restore the shine of the old buckle that is already an additional cost plus shipping. In the first 5 years, I was only contacted 6 times under warranty – due to poor quality fittings, since then I realized that warranty repairs cost me more and that’s why now I only use accessories or fittings produced by me or the best on the market.
Each product sold by Atelier Nichita benefits from a guarantee of conformity according to the provisions of Law 449/2003 updated in 2008
In accordance with art. 11 of Law 449/2003, the consumer can request, in case of non-compliance, first of all the repair of the product, and if the repair is not possible, bringing it into compliance is done by replacement. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, the value of the product is returned.
The returned products must be new, unused, without signs of physical wear or damage.
The returned products must be accompanied by the clearly completed return form with all the information: reason for return, complete contact details of the customer (fill in the Return Form on the website) and inform us of this action at the email address office@nichita .ro stating the reason for the return, the standard or customized model and the full contact details of the buyer: name, phone number, address and IBAN for bank transfer.

We reserve the right to refuse and implicitly to send back to you any product that does not exactly and cumulatively meet all the return conditions above.
All return fees are borne and paid in full by the customer.
NOTE: We do not accept cash on delivery packages. We do not accept packages whose sender cannot be identified. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We do not pick up parcels from Post Office.
NOTE: Repeated return requests by the same customer can be considered abuse.
In the case of refunding the value of the product, this will be done within 14 days at most from the date on which we were informed of the return decision and the receipt of the returned product/products.
The refund of the product value is made by bank transfer to the specified account (required information: Account holder name, bank name, IBAN account)
